- According to the Jabong return policy, there are some limitations to some products in terms of returns and exchanges. Jabong doesn’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- socks, swimsuits, lingerie, and inner wear
- beauty products and fragrances
- rings, necklaces, pendants, brooches, bracelets, earrings, bangles, and anklets
- bundled items

- There are also some limitations for products bought in the Jabong’s Luxury Store. In case you bought your product in the section, you can still return the product within 15 days within the delivery date. However:
- The product you want to return needs to include the original tags as well as it needs to be returned with all original & Jabong packaging material.
- The product needs to be returned unused and in brand new condition.
- All products that are returned are carefully inspected by Jabong and if they notice any removal of parts, signs of wear or others, they may refuse the return.
- All the refunds are processed within 7 days after the Pick-up of the product.
- Only returns are accepted; there is no exchange option.

So, how can you return a product to Jabong?
According to Jabong return policy, all you need to do is to return a request by either using the app or the website. So, just log in to the website and select the order of the product that you want to return. You will then need to click on the drop-down menu and select Order details. You will then need to choose whether you want to return fully or partially. In the end, just click on Return against the product you no longer want.
How does American Eagle return policy work?
As soon as Jabong sees your return request, you will be contacted to schedule the pick-up date and time. Then, when the product is received at Jabong’s location, they will carefully inspect the product and, if everything is ok, they will start the refund.
