According to the Neiman Marcus returns, they want to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, in the advent that you aren’t, here are the main guidelines that you need to follow:
- You have 60 days of delivery date to return the products.
- In order for the returns to be accepted, you need to return the products as you received them. This means that they need to be saleable, undamaged, unworn, and they need to include the original tags and packaging when applicable.
- Products that were identified as “final sale”, monogrammed or personalized items, perishable, special orders, or altered apparel can’t be returned.
- The return process and respective credit can take up to six weeks.
- When you are doing a Neiman Marcus return, you will need to contact the customer care contact center and get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Neiman Marcus Return Policy – Canadian Orders
When you bought an item at Neiman Marcus in Canada and you want to return it, you need to know that you must use an enclosed FedEx PRP Return Label. This is the way that you have to get a refund of the purchase price, the taxes that directly apply as well as the applicable duty.

In order to start the return process, the first thing you need to do is to put a circle around the items that you want to return on your FedEx Commercial Invoice. Please make sure that you also note the reason why you are returning them as well as you need to ensure that you enclose them in your shipping carton.
Then, you will need to affix the Receipt/Shipper number sticker to the top right corner of your Commercial Invoice. This will make sure that Neiman Marcus returns department knows exactly the items you are returning.
