- Major health equipment: You need to return it within 10 days of your purchase.
- Electronic Major Appliances: You need to return it within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Furniture and mattresses: You need to return it within 45 days of your purchase.
- Optical Lenses, Glasses, and Frames: You need to return it within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Custom Products: You need to cancel the order within 24 hours of actual transactions.
- Custom window treatments: You need to return it within 3 business days of your purchase.
- Special Occasion Dresses: You need to return it within 90 days of your purchase.
According to the JCP return policy, you should always bring the receipt with you when you want to return a product, Nevertheless, in case you lost it, you can still get a refund but the value will be inferior. The amount of your refund will be the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days of returning the item. In case you prefer to return a product by mail, you can do so. To do it, you just need to complete the return and exchange form on the invoice and then attach it with the item that you want to return.
