In this case, you can post your request up to 60 days of the purchase date but, in this case, you will only get a refund on the unredeemed copies in the order.
If you are in this situation, you just need to go to your account and select Digital Orders. Then, locate your order and just click where it says “Return unredeemed books”. You will be asked to submit a reason for the return you are requesting and then just click on the Submit button.
Please notice that refunds are usually complete within 3 to 5 business days and that they are always issued to the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase.

In case you have an Amazon Business Account and this was the account that you used to buy the Kindle book that you now want to return, the process is very simple as well. You also have 60 days within the data of the purchase to request a return and you will be able to get a refund for the unredeemed portion of the order.
In this case, you just need to check your Digital Orders to locate the one that includes the Kindle book you want to return. Then, just click on “Return unredeemed books” next to the book you want to return, fill out the reason why you are returning, and click on Submit.
