In case this is the way you want to go ahead and make your Express returns, you, again, have two different options. You can either use the self-service online or you can use your favorite carrier and shipping label.
No matter which one of the Express returns options that you choose, you need to log in at the Express website and click on the items that you want to return. Make sure that you check them all and then submit.

In case you prefer to use the self-service online, you should now print the return label that you will use outside the packing slip. Make sure that inside the slip you place all the items that you want to return and you need to ensure that they are in new condition in order to be accepted as returned items by Express.

I case you are looking to make your Express returns directly in an Express store, you need to know that you also have 60 days within the purchase date to do so.
Please notice that you can’t return the items to Express Factory Outlet stores or to any store located outside the United States.
