So, here is how you can return the items you bought at Walmart.com:
#1: Return The Item To A Store:
All you need to do is to find the closest Walmart sore and bring the item with you. Make sure that you also bring the original packing materials as well as any accessories that were included in the package. In case you still have the packing slip, you should bring it along with you as well. In case you don’t, you should go to your online account at Walmart and find the order of the item you want to return. Then, just print the Store Returns Receipt and bring it with you.

#2: Return The Item By Mail:
While not all items bought online can be returned via mail, most of them can. Besides, the process is very simple and intuitive.
In case this is what you prefer to do, you just need to sign in to your account at the Walmart website and click the link “Start a Return” next to the item you want to return. Choose the reason why you want to return and select if you want to get a refund or if you prefer a replacement. Then, choose the option “Return by Mail”. As soon as you click the Finnish button, you will need to print the pre-paid label since this is what tells Walmart about your order and the item you bought. Make sure that you package the item with all the accessories and packing materials that it included and mail it.
