#1: When You Want To Return An Item You Bought Online:
According to Tuesday Morning return policy, you can return the products that you no longer want at one of their local stores or by mail. Please notice that some products need to be returned by mail. You should be able to see if this is the case of your item by checking the packing slip.
In case you want to return the items by mail, you need to know that you have 45 dates within the purchase date to do so. Besides, in order for the items to be accepted as returned, you need to make sure that:
– the items are in their original condition
– you include the manufacturer’s packaging
– you include the RMA number that you got from the customer service
– you include the packing receipt that should state the reason why you are returning the product

In case you want to return a product that you bought at a local store, you will need to have the purchase receipt with you as well as a government-issued identification.
