According to the Body Shop return policy, whenever you aren’t happy with a product that you bought at Body Shop, you can return it either by mail or at one of their local stores. However, you need to have the receipt of the purchase, In case you don’t, they will still accept your return but instead of issuing you a refund directly to the credit or debit card that you used, they will give you a store credit. The amount of the store credit will be equal to the lowest selling price in the last 30 days.

According to the Body Shop return policy, there are some products that won’t be accepted as returns. These include product samples, gifts with purchase items, gift cards, and Love Your Body™ Club cards.

If you prefer to return the product to a store, you’ll be glad to know that you can do it in any Body Shop store. Please make sure that when you go to the store, you bring the product as well as the original invoice or the receipt of purchase. As we already mentioned above, in case you have the receipt, you’ll get a full refund in the same form of payment that you used to make the purchase and in case you don’t have the receipt, you’ll get a store credit.

#2: Return An Item By Mail:
In case you prefer to return the item you no longer want by mail, the process is very simple as well. All you need to do is to use the return form that you can get at the Body Shop website and fill it out. According to the Body Shop return policy, if the product that you got was damaged in any way or you were sent the wrong product, the Body Shop will take care of all the shipping costs (including the ones that you need to pay to return the product).
