The truth is that according to their website, you won’t need to pay for any restocking fees or shipping and handling fees. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. These include orders that are bigger than 5, server and storage products, and outlet orders.

In case you are looking to return a product (up to 5 products total), you can do so within 30 days from the date of invoice. In this case, you will be entitled to get a refund of the price you paid.
In case you bought personal computing products from the Lenovo Outlet, then, in this case, your refund will depend on the quantity. If you want to return 5 or more units, then you will need to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the price paid. Besides the shipping and handling fees are also paid by you.
How To Return A Product To Lenovo
The first thing that you need to do to return a product to Lenovo is to get in touch with the company so that you can obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

In order for a product to be accepted as return, your package will need to include the product as well as all the accessories that were included, the original packaging, and all the documentation that includes your invoice, the RMA, and the original shipping label.
